Do Not Drink … Gamble!

If you enjoy a beer every once in a while, leave your cash at home if you plan to do your consuming in a casino. I’m serious. Clean out your handbag, your money belt, and keep all money, plastic credit and checks back at the hotel. Pack only the money you anticipate to spend on beverages, tipping and whatever pocket change you anticipate to burn and leave the remainder behind.

Contemptuous? Absolutely not. Realistic more like. You could experience a profit following a drunken evening out with your compatriots and be lucky sufficiently to hit a 25 minute toss at a smokin craps game. Don’t forget that adventure considering that it is as brief as it gets if you continuously drink alcohol and wager. The two simply do not go well together.

Leaving your moolah back at the hotel might be a little bit dramatic, but precautionary actions for excessive behavior is compulsory. If you bet to profit, then do not consume alcohol and bet. If you can afford to burn your money nary a worry, then drink all the gratuitous alcohol you can handle, but don’t take credit cards and chequebooks to throw into the mix of going after losses after your befuddled head loses everything!

Allow me to take this 1 step further. Don’t drink alcohol and then head on the web to gamble in your favorite casino either. I enjoy a cocktail from the comfort of my house, but due to the fact that I am linked up through Neteller, Firepay and have charge cards at my fingertips, I can not drink alcohol and gamble.

What’s the reason? Even though I do not drink alcohol to excess, once I drink alcohol, it’s absolutely sufficient to befuddle my common sense. I wager, so I do not drink when gambling. If you are a drinker, don’t gamble at the same time. Both make for a dangerous, and expensive, drink.
