A Junket To Las Vegas

[ English | Deutsch | Español | Français | Italiano ]

A trip that will always be recalled is the one in Vegas, what is every now and then described as "Sin City" due to its gambling palaces, though I prefer to remember it as a "sensational" city, Las Vegas, Nevada.

From Los Angeles to this player’s city, It was a 4 hour drive during the summer. The weather was abnormally warm but such excitement filled the air. When my friends and I got to our casino, we were amazed by the friendliness showed to us by the valet as he greeted us from gambling and entertainment world, this was the beginning of what resulted in being the most exceptional time.

We bet on card games like poker, chemin de fer and other table games like electronic poker and slots, we laughed and ate fantastic meals, created by some of the greatest chefs on the planet, all right on the Vegas strip.

I decided to test my luck on a gigantic dollar slot machine and made the decision to hazard twenty-five dollars of the 200 dollars I had to play with for the entire vacation. After feeding 17 dollars into this massive slot machine I won $300 and I bounced up and down and laughed so much, a casino employee headed over and offered my friends and myself no charge tickets to a show with vouchers for two free refreshments. We were in an element of shock, thankfulness and realized that it would be a gambling and adventure vacation not to be forgotten.
