As an ambitious player, I have learned a number of important lessons while wagering over the years. It doesn’t matter if you prefer to wagering at the land based’ casinos or the many internet casinos. The following are my golden rules of betting, many of which can be judged clear thinking, but if accepted they will help you go a long distance to leaving with a smile on your face.

Rule 1: Go into a casino with a set amount that you are willing and are able to afford to risk – How much would it cost for an evening out on food, alcoholic beverages, cover fees and tips? This is a great number to use.

Rule two: Do not pack your debit card with you – or any means of withdrawing money out. Don’t worry about money for the taxi if you throw away it all; most cab drivers, particularly the cabs booked by casinos, will take you to your apartment and shall be more than happy to wait for the moola when you get back.

Rule 3: Stick to your predetermined limit. I always imagine what I would love to buy if I profit. The last time I went, I decided I’d really would love to buy a new Media Player which cost about $400, so that was my predetermined cutoff. As soon as I reached that sum, I walked away. Just walk away. Even if Clairvoyant Carla herself tells you the upcoming number for the roulette wheel, pay no attention to her and quit. Depart Secure in the knowledge that you will be going into town and buying a nice new toy!

Rule 4: Have a good time. When you’re "effervescent" you will succeed. It’s a certainty. I don’t understand how, but it simply is. Just after it feels like a chore, or you are simply gambling to gain $$$$ you have lost, you usually will be deprived of even more. When you are winning, having a wonderful time with your buddies, or your significant other, you usually will gain more and more.
