Do Not Drink … Gamble!

[ English ]

If you enjoy a cocktail ever so often, leave your cash at home if you plan to do your drinking in a casino. I’m serious. Empty your pocketbook, your billfold, and leave all cash, plastic credit and checkbooks back at the hotel. Only take only the cash you expect to use on alcohol, tipping and whatever pocket change you intend to burn and leave the rest behind.

Contemptuous? Absolutely not. Realistic more like. You can experience a success after a boozy night out with your acquaintances and be blessed enough to catch a 25 minute roll at a on fire craps game. Don’t forget that adventure because it’s as short-lived as it gets if you consistently drink and bet. These activities just do not mix.

Keeping your money back at the hotel is a tiny bit dramatic, but defensive measures for excessive behavior is required. If you bet to succeed, then do not drink alcohol and bet. If you like to be wasteful with your assets without a worry, then drink all the gratis beer you are able to handle, but do not carry plastic credit and checkbooks to toss into the mix of chasing squanderings after your befuddled head throws away every little thing!

Allow me to carry this a single step further. Don’t consume alcohol and then jump online to wager in your favorite online casino either. I enjoy a drink from the coziness of my house, but since I’m connected through Neteller, Firepay and keep plastic credit at my fingertips, I can’t consume alcohol and bet.

Why? Although I do not drink alcohol a lot, when I drink, it’s definitely adequate to befuddle my judgment. I bet, so I do not drink alcohol when gambling. If you are a drinker, do not wager when you do. Both make for an awful, and costly, cocktail.
